About the Role
As a Case Manager Supervisor, you will oversee and provide direct supervision to case management staff, support staff development, monitor performance, and provide direct case management as needed. You will also facilitate client progress review meetings, ensure compliance with program policies, and coordinate complex resident cases.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of case management experience.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal housing/residential regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Preferred:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ethical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Experience with documentation systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage crises and support staff in challenging situations.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
