About the Role
As a Case Planner, you will manage a caseload of children in foster care, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, support foster parents, maintain communication with families and service providers, represent cases in Family Court, and document progress to comply with agency standards.
About You
Required:
- BA / BSW and 2 years Human Services experience required.
- Computer literacy required.
Preferred:
- Work experience in Child Welfare &/or Office of Mental Health System preferred.
- NYS driver's license preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
