- LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) required.
- Prior case management experience.
- Experience with HMIS or similar data entry platforms.
- Experience in residential programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental illness.
