- High School Education with 3 years experience and/or extensive work history in diversified setting.
- Working knowledge of computer programs Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone and all other communication skills.
- Ability to work compassionately and effectively with persons seeking assistance.
- Child Protection Clearances PA Act 153.
- Appreciation for and understanding of the philosophy and mission of The Salvation Army.
