About the Role
As a Caseworker, you will perform responsible casework by screening and interviewing applicants for eligibility for financial assistance, making home visitations, and providing direct services to clients. You will also maintain client files, prepare reports, and act as a liaison with partners and service providers.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree and two years of human services experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, or experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in word processing, preferably Microsoft Word, and email applications.
Preferred:
- Possession of a valid Florida Driver's license for the type of vehicle operated.
- Experience in case management or social services.
