About the Role
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree in social services or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in social services or a related field is required.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; follow written and verbal instructions; organize responsibilities, multitask, and function independently; and work in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and customer service skills, high energy level, and solid work ethic.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Detail oriented with keen attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bilingual ability (English and Spanish) preferred; proficiency in spoken and written English required.
- Knowledge of cultural flexibility, competence in working with multi-cultural participants and experience working with inner-city populations.
