About the Role
As a Cash Posting & Credit Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day cash posting and credit balance workflows, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payment batch processing, reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), resolving discrepancies, monitoring key performance indicators, and preparing cash performance reports.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 3+ years of experience in cash posting, cash reconciliations, and credit balance resolution.
- Healthcare/finance experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Epic payment posting certification preferred.
Benefits
- Hourly rate range: $28.50-38.50/hr depending upon experience.
