About the Role
As an IT Technical Support Tier III, you will serve as an escalation point for complex support issues, implement new systems and network solutions, and provide hands-on technical support for project delivery. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring network equipment, performing routine software maintenance, and documenting all programming tasks and procedures.
About You
Required:
5+ years of relevant MSP support experience.
5+ years of hands-on networking experience (routing and switching) with Sonicwall, Cisco, Cisco Meraki.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Top-class customer service skills.
Preferred:
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and planning skills.
Conscientious, accountable, detail-oriented, thorough, and consistent.
