Smalls is seeking a Cat Concierge to join their Customer Support team in the United States. The role involves being the voice of the brand and engaging with cat owners across various channels to provide exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
As a Cat Concierge, you will act as the primary touchpoint for prospective and existing customers, answering inquiries and addressing requests across email, SMS, phone, chat, and social platforms. You will utilize training to understand customer needs, provide personalized responses, introduce new products, escalate issues, and offer feedback to internal teams. The role requires you to think from a customer perspective to optimize their experience and may involve travel for company retreats.
About You
Required:
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of high performance in a support/client-facing role in a fast-growing or startup environment.
Availability outside of standard '9 to 5' hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
Empathetic, curious, energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable.
