- CCP supervision experience is a must.
- Strong written/verbal English communication (Knowledge of Spanish or any other language a plus).
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Prior office experience.
- Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (3 months).
- Experience with the WellSky Personal Care platform (formerly Clear Care).
- IDOA compliance knowledge.
- Home care operations experience.
- CCP program experience.
- Track record in scaling healthcare operations.
