Amgen is seeking an Associate Director, Agentic AI Business Solutions to join their team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role involves delivering prioritized Agentic AI solutions that support Amgen's commercial and analytics functions.
About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the full execution lifecycle of Agentic AI solutions, including design, development, implementation, rollout, and training. You will collaborate with various teams to convert business needs into operational GenAI capabilities, ensuring solutions are deployed on time and with measurable business value. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and tactical coordination to drive solution deployment effectively.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
- OR Masters degree and 5 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
- OR Bachelor's degree and 7 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
- OR Associates degree and 12 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
- OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions.
- In-depth experience working directly with Commercial or Data Analytics teams.
- Strong background of delivering complex AI/ML delivery initiatives, especially GenAI agents or copilots.
- Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams, translating complex requirements.
- Ability to deploy, train, and support business teams on new digital tools or platforms.
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced, and cross-functional delivery environments.
