As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling basic and routine inquiries through various channels such as telephone, emails, and web chats. You will use a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting, provide feedback on call trends, and ensure adherence to privacy regulations. This position requires a hybrid work setup with on-site training and part-time hours.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of related customer service, call center, or service center experience.
- Strong listening and customer service skills.
- Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to work as a team member.
Preferred:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a customer service, call center environment.
- Ability to type 30 WPM.
