About the Role
As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for managing service delivery within the Day Program and Nonresidential Services. Your key responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring individualized services, ensuring compliance with state and accreditation standards, supervising staff, coordinating medical care, and acting as a liaison between clients and stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in education, rehabilitation, or a related social/behavioral science field with at least two years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Preferred:
- High school diploma with two years of experience as a Residential Specialist.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
