About You
- One team member must have a valid CLASS A CDL.
- Both team members must have clean driving records and be able to pass background checks.
- Must be physically fit and able to carry equipment and power cords to and from work sites.
- Competence in basic technical skills such as computer skills, internet, and email.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working without direct supervision.
Benefits
- Generous flat rate per diem of $240 per day or up to $81,000 annually.
- Hotel reimbursement for standard rooms over $110/night.
- Sign-on bonus of $5,000 per team with a minimum of a 12-month agreement.
- Company provides vehicles, equipment, and fuel, covering all travel expenses.
- 2 weeks back-to-back vacation each summer for full-time agreements plus a bonus week.
- Seasonal schedules available: 9 months on/3 months off or 3 months on/1 month off.
- 6 weeks paid training with per diem.
- Health insurance and 401K plan available after one year tenure.
