About the Role

The Center Director is responsible for coordinating and directing all center activities, including fiscal management, personnel supervision, education, and administrative duties. Key responsibilities include monitoring staffing and operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing credentialing and quality assurance programs, managing safety and maintenance, supporting marketing efforts, and handling financial reporting and budgeting. The role requires collaboration with medical staff and governance boards, participation in committees, and serving as Disaster Coordinator.

About You

Required:

Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; Master's Degree preferred.
Active RN License.
Minimum five (5) years of healthcare management experience.
At least one (1) year experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
CPR Certification and ACLS-PALS Certification.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Strong ethical and moral character references.
Proficient language skills in American English for written, interpersonal, and telephone communication.
Computer literacy.
