Acquire4Hire is seeking a Center Director for the Suncook Early Learning Center to oversee programming and daily enrichment activities, providing leadership and management for the center's operations.
About the Role
As the Center Director, you will be responsible for the development and coordination of educational programs, ensuring community engagement, supervising staff, managing budgets, and fostering parent involvement. You will also evaluate programs continuously to meet the needs of children and families, while maintaining compliance with childcare licensing requirements.
About You
Required:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree or a certificate in early childhood education or a related field.
At least 1500 hours of working experience in an early childhood program.
Experience in staff supervision, fiscal management, and administration.
Knowledge of child development and current educational theories and practices.
Ability to motivate children and manage behavior problems effectively.
Strong communication skills with parents and guardians.
Proven ability to plan and implement quality programs.
Preferred:
Knowledge of NAEYC accreditation.
CPR and First Aid Certifications.
Experience with program startup and creative teaching methods.
