About the Role
As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational policies and procedures, ensuring profitability, and fostering a positive patient experience. You will collaborate with medical directors and staff, drive outcomes, and maintain accountability while managing through ambiguity. Your role will also involve coaching team members, leading meetings, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
About You
Required:
1+ year of healthcare leadership experience and/or combination of healthcare experience and education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Strong time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
