- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine for M.D. or D.O., or in Family, Adult, or Gerontology for A.P.N.
- Experience in clinical leadership roles.
- Metrics-driven approach to medical care.
- 5+ years of experience in outpatient practice.
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics or other relevant professional degrees.
- Prior executive roles.
