About the Role

As the Center Medical Director, you will coordinate with the Center Leadership Team and Regional Medical Directors to ensure efficient and caring healthcare delivery. Your responsibilities include direct patient care, maintaining clinical procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing clinical staffing, and fostering a positive patient and employer experience. You will also lead the Medical Center, assess provider performance, and contribute to financial analysis and growth strategies.

About You

Required:

MD/DO degree.
Current state licensure in good standing.
Current DEA licensure.
Current BLS certificate.
Solid knowledge of occupational medicine practices and regulations.

Preferred:

Occupational Medicine experience, or experience in UC, FP, IM, ER, Sports Medicine, or Orthopedics.
FMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
Board Certification in primary specialty: Occupational Med, Family Med, Internal Med, Emergency Med, PMR, Orthopedics.
MRO certification.
Ability to perform treadmill stress tests.
