Summary
Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Center Physical Therapy Director to join their team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The role involves providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of patients.
About the Role
As a Center Therapy Director, you will assess patients' therapeutic and rehabilitative status, develop and modify treatment plans, instruct and counsel patients, manage clinic operations, and oversee staff including physical therapists and assistants. You will ensure compliance with medical regulations and maintain communication with patients and referring physicians.
About You
Required:
- Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California PT license required (or license in progress).
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Outpatient experience is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply!
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
