BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Supervisor to join their team in Waco, TX. The role involves overseeing the general management of employees in the production areas and ensuring high-quality plasma collection.
About the Role
As a Center Supervisor, you will report to the Center Manager and be responsible for employee performance and scheduling, leading inventory control efforts, resolving donor concerns, analyzing non-conforming events, and performing tasks related to medical history, phlebotomy, and sample processing. You will also foster teamwork and resolve conflicts within the team.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
