About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of direct outside sales experience in healthcare related field.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience, managing managers.
- Ability to travel domestically within assigned region, and occasionally internationally, estimated 50% travel.
- Must have valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Track record of leading and motivating high performing field sales teams.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work in a complex environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
