About the Role
As the Central Billing Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage patient accounts, lead claims management, and optimize processes within the revenue cycle. You will act as the billing and coding expert, providing training and support to staff while fostering a collaborative work environment.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of billing/coding experience in a physician office setting.
- High school diploma required.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Associate’s degree or industry certifications (CPB, CPC) strongly preferred.
- AthenaOne Superuser Experience is highly preferred.
