About the Role
As a Central Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling patients for surgeries and other medical procedures. This includes communicating necessary preparations to patients, gathering information from physicians regarding special supply requests, and reporting statistical data as needed. You will demonstrate service excellence and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of medical experience preferred.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Ability to be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
Completed a Medical Assistant/Specialist program.
Knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software.
