About You
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- One year of Central Sterile Processing experience required OR Graduate of an accredited surgical technician/sterile processing program.
- Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution or Certified Registered Central Service Technician with Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
- Experience in mentoring and training new staff.
- Knowledge of performance improvement tools and techniques.
