About the Role
As a Centralized Recon & Arbitration Manager, you will be the single point of authority for reconditioning and arbitration decisions. Your responsibilities include overseeing Additional Service Recommendations, verifying condition reports, acting as a liaison for warranty claims, maintaining communication with various teams, and delivering weekly reports on recon spend and arbitration outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Automotive experience in reconditioning, service, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of auction operations, arbitration, and condition reports.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to make quick ROI-driven decisions.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage cross-departmental workflows.
- Must live in Virginia or within commuting distance to one of our dealerships.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with CDK Service and/or Rapid Recon.
