About the Role
As a Surgical Coordinator, you will maintain a high level of customer service for surgical patients, educate them on procedures and lens options, work with the financial team to obtain insurance authorizations, assist with payment plans, and coordinate all scheduling paperwork prior to surgery. You will act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, focusing on building relationships with patients investing in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
About You
Required:
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
