Summary
RECARO Aircraft Seating is seeking a Certification Engineer to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves planning and executing certification programs in compliance with FAA and EASA regulations.
About the Role
As a Certification Engineer III, you will develop and execute certification programs, interface with regulatory agencies, maintain certification records, and manage project risks. You will also train new engineers, support quoting for new business, and ensure timely project completion by liaising with airlines and suppliers.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience in aircraft interior products, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience.
- Advanced knowledge of CFR and CS 21, 23, and 25 regulations.
- Experience in TSO/ETSO product testing.
Preferred:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain schedules across multiple projects.
- Experience in CATIA V4 or V5 or a similar program.
- Prior experience in a technical leadership role.
