About the Role
As a Certified Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, track client progress, and facilitate the teaching of communication and social skills. Your work will contribute to customized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' quality of life.
About You
Required:
- Certified behavior technician certificate.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
