About You
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with completion of ACEND-accredited dietetic internship.
- Registered dietitian (RD) from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
- Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) from the NYS Department of Education Office of the Professions required or process initiated upon hire.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ progressive experience in nutrition and dietetics, including diabetes education.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced Certification, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
- Ongoing portfolio documentation of continuing education in diabetes care and nutrition.
