About the Role
As a Certified Counselor Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient delivery of counseling services, monitor treatment, provide clinical supervision, assign caseloads, screen potential patients, conduct quality assurance reviews, and assist in training and performance evaluations of counseling staff. You will also manage documentation and compliance with laws and regulations while addressing the needs of patients.
About You
Required:
- SUD Counselor in CA with supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of Bachelor's in Behavioral Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience with SUD and ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Preferred:
- Graduate level degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
