About the Role
About You
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
- Completion of an Accredited Certified First Assist Program with a minimum of 120 hours of clinical experience.
- Certification as a Certified First Assistant (CFA) or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support Certification for healthcare providers.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to coordinate activities and work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to execute detailed procedures with accuracy and precision.
- Basic computer/keyboarding skills including MS Office applications.
- Understanding of operating room protocols.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated training and experience in performing CFA tasks.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
