- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills in Home Care, Patient Care, and Personal Care
- Proficient in assisting with Activities of Daily Living
- Effective Communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
Preferred:
- Previous experience in hospice or home health care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
