About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will be an integral member of the healthcare team, responsible for collecting medical histories, monitoring vital signs, assisting with exams and procedures, and performing various clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program is strongly preferred.
- Certification by AAMA, AMT, NHA-CCMA, NCMA or ARMA required.
- BLS required.
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting for Level II.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting for Level III.
- Experience in Med/Surg, Operating Room, PACU, ICU, Endoscopy, and/or Emergency Department.
