About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating health records, measuring vital signs, preparing treatment rooms for examinations, and providing excellent customer service. You will also perform clerical duties, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that all patient charts are accurate and up to date.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Active Medical Assisting certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NRCMA, NCMA, or equivalent).
- BLS Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred:
- One year of medical assistant healthcare experience.
- Two years of clerical experience in a physician's office.
- Problem-solving skills and basic computer skills.
