About the Role

As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up exam rooms, checking in patients, obtaining vital signs, and reporting significant findings to the clinic physician. You will also perform audiometry and vision testing, maintain patient recall systems, and assist with other job-related duties as assigned.

About You

Required:

High School Education/GED or equivalent.
Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution.
Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) Health Care Provider certification.
Facility Specific License/Certifications such as CMA, CCMA, NCCT, CMA-NHA, NRCMA, RMA, MA, or MA-AMT.

Preferred:

Successful completion of audiometry and vision training or a certificate from CHDP.
Phlebotomy certificate.
