About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will interact daily with patients, families, and coworkers to assist with patient care in adult medicine, pediatrics, and gynecology. Your responsibilities will include taking and recording vital signs, performing Point of Care testing, conducting phlebotomy, processing lab results, and ensuring accurate documentation in patient charts. You will also coordinate patient flow, maintain exam rooms, and assist with front desk duties as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program
- National medical assistant certification (CMA)
- Active BLS and CPR certification
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese)
