About the Role
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, documenting results, maintaining office compliance, and providing whole care during office visits. You will also assist with clinical intake, educate patients on tests and medications, and manage inventory of medical supplies.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS).
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of health care field and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of chronic disease management.
- Ability to function in stressful, fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- 1+ year of related work experience.
