About the Role
As a Certified Medication Aide-CMA, you will be responsible for providing medication reminders, assisting with self-administration, and administering medications as allowed by law. You will communicate with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and families regarding medication management, and ensure proper documentation and adherence to medication administration policies.
About You
Required:
- CPR certification.
- Medication Tech certification.
- Some high school education.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous medication tech experience.
- Experience with long term care or assisted living population.
