About the Role
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will perform resident care responsibilities, administer medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also be responsible for recording medication administration, monitoring residents' conditions, and maintaining a safe and quality care environment.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or general equivalency.
- Valid certification as a CMT in the state of Missouri.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Additional languages.
