About the Role
As a CNA on the Resource Team, you will support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals; pass medication; assist with mobility and transfers using equipment; perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises; document care accurately; respond promptly to resident needs and report changes; and support admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism.
About You
Required:
- Current, active CNA certification in the State of Michigan
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Michigan communities
