Therapy and Beyond - ABA Therapy is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for their Assisted Living facility in Blue Island, IL, working the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN. Your duties will include taking and recording vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring the dignity and rights of residents are respected. You will also contribute to the residents' assessments and care plans, and report any changes in their condition to your supervisor.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- CNA licensure depending on state requirements.
- 1+ years of clinical/nursing experience.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in assisted living or similar healthcare settings.
- Basic computer skills.
