About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for delivering direct care to residents, performing basic nursing skills, documenting care accurately, and participating in care plan reviews. You will also assist in the orientation of new CNAs and adhere to infection control procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
About You
Required:
- Current PA CNA certification.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program.
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.
- Desire to care for the elderly and deliver quality customer service.
