About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will actively incorporate the Philosophy for Person-Directed Care, developing awareness of residents' interests and needs. You will assist residents to maximize their independence and participation, providing care that ranges from basic needs to recreational activities. The position offers manageable workloads due to lower staff-to-resident ratios, allowing for a focus on high-quality care.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a program.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents.
Preferred:
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience.
- New graduates are welcome.
