About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering basic care to patients, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and effectively communicating with the healthcare team. You will assist licensed personnel in providing direct nursing care, collect and report patient information, and contribute to positive patient satisfaction scores through purposeful rounding and bedside shift reports.
About You
Required:
- Currently holds a Florida certificate as a Nursing Assistant or has completed a Nursing Assistant course and is scheduled to take the Florida State exam.
- Certification in American Heart Association BLS Health Care Provider upon hire.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
