About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work an 8-hour shift providing personal care to residents, assisting the charge nurse, and ensuring exceptional service. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to delivering superior clinical care and supportive services to meet the needs of patients and residents.
About You
Required:
- State certification as a nursing assistant
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant
- Highly developed observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
