About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will perform personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, assist with household services essential to health care, and participate in leisure activities for residents. You will also observe and document the health and emotional condition of residents, respond to their requests for assistance, and promote a safe environment by following infection control practices.
About You
Required:
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or a licensed Medication Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
- Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with supervisors, employees, residents, and families.
Preferred:
- 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
