About the Role
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will provide treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist, document daily treatment notes, assist with training Restorative Aides, communicate patient progress, educate families and nursing staff, maintain the treatment area, and participate in staff education programs.
About You
Required:
- Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Positive, patient-focused attitude
