About the Role
As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying prescriptions, recording patient information, educating patients on medication usage, supporting the Pharmacist in daily operations, and adhering to infection-control protocols. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary patient care team.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or GED.
- Valid ExCPT Certification or PTCB certification and registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Retail, Ambulatory, Outpatient, Hospital, Acute Care, or Home Infusion Pharmacy.
- Knowledge of pharmacy terminology, medication names, and aseptic technique.
