About the Role

As a Certified Printer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of printers and related technologies. You will travel to customer locations to install and service equipment, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards. The role requires effective communication with customers and internal teams, managing field assignments independently, and maintaining accurate service records.

About You

Required:

Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum 2 years of experience in printer service/repair (inkjet and dye-sublimation required).
Minimum 2 years in field services, installation, or similar technical background.
Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background check, motor vehicle report and drug screening.

Preferred:

Familiarity with basic hand tools.
Ability to obtain certifications required for aerial lifts.
